Desulphurizer (Desulphurizing Agent)

Introduction:
The Desulphurizer is a new product of our company. It has the same quality and performances as the German Ceramic Foam Desulphurizer, and even better. It's an important new material invention with Chinese intellectual property for iron & steel refining in China. Now, the China Government is promoting this new Desulphurizer in most of the important iron & steel plants.

It's a clean & environmental desulphurizing material for iron & steel reefing. It's mainly used in LF refining furnace for steel refining desulphurizing technology. It pushed operating technology reform of high alkalinity white slag and lime mixture, and changed the traditional technology of mixed slag-steel coming out and desulphurizing outside furnace, and improve the operation conditions of steel-making, and reduced the environmental pollution.

The Desulphurizer is scientifically called Melting Refining Synthetic Slag. It's made of kinds of good quality materials by melting (fused) synthesis. Under the high temperature, the crystalline mineral was generated (main crystal over 90%). The main crystal reacts with the “S” in the steel liquid, and generates low melting point & easy floating slag, and thereby cleans the steel liquid.
